Embedded into your backend terminal, our Q’SOFT SMS Solution is configurable based on our client’s preference. Our SMS solution can either be upon request or system triggered. With the upon request SMS, customers can obtain an update on the queue status by messaging in to a specific number. Alternatively, system triggered SMS will notify customers of their queue number status via a SMS to the customer’s registered mobile number.
