Being one of Singapore’s largest multi-disciplinary hospitals, with many clinical and allied health departments, and specialist centres, an upgraded Payment Service Solution was essential to better support staff in the collection and settlement of patients’ outstanding bills and payments.
Implemented across six specialist outpatient clinics, the Self-Payment Kiosk systems enable self-help for patients wanting to make payment for their outstanding bills and procedure deposits. Utilising the system, patients can opt to make partial or full payment of their bill and select their preferred payment mode (Eg. NETS, Credit Card, Cash, and Medisave). Interfacing with the client’s existing software for patient’s bill information and EQMS, operations and management staff can easily retrieve payment reports, view payment logs, and manage kiosk operations via the Reports and Administration Module.
