Description:

The Marketing Communications Assistant supports the development and implementation of marketing plans to increase the Company’s awareness and works closely across all departments for planned marketing activities. He/She ensures corporate identity is being adhered to in all marketing channels to maintain the Company’s brand image and conducts research on market trends to support the development of branding and marketing strategies.

He/She develops, supports, and executes social media strategies to build brand awareness and a positive reputation through content creation and message development. Provide support in the development of all creative designs and layouts for offline and online marketing content and collateral (eg. social media posts, blog write-ups, EDMs, company profiles, company factsheets, brochures, including data presented in the form of infographics).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support IT Manager in automation projects.
  • Participate in all phases of the automation implementation project and work will multiple stakeholders, and external vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a software tester, you’ll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You’ll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users.

Your role is integral to the creation of software systems and technical products. You might work on bespoke, individual projects, or multinational projects. You’ll need to be familiar with, or become familiar with, programming and using coding languages.

As a software tester, you’ll need to:

  • Establish an understanding of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance
  • Establish an understanding of Analytical and statistical studies of faults for predictive maintenance capability.

Maintenance

  • Assist in supporting maintenance and troubleshooting of multiple integrated security systems installed on the client’s site.
  • Assist in attending and carrying out Fault Finding as well as diagnosis of systems breakdowns for both mechanical and electrical components/ equipment.
  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures.
  • Assist the Engineer in maintaining records of all breakdowns and repairs for analysis and statistical studies.
  • Assist to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
  • Assist the Engineer to maintain stock inventory and performing stock checks on a periodic basis.
  • Assist the Engineer/Manager to prepare the Monthly Maintenance report, Incident Report as well as PR Issuance.

Project

  • Assist the Engineer in project systems design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.

  • Work with business users and the data platform team for requirement gathering and process collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and agree on a testing strategy, scope and coverage.
  • Assist in the development of data processing pipelines for data modeling, analysis, and reporting from large and complex transaction datasets.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards with internal BI tools for data insights and business support.
  • Develop algorithms and deploy Machine Learning/predictive modeling to enhance business decision support and optimize business outcomes.
  • Assist to aggregate and analyzing various business data, including Sales, Web & CRM data, and utilize the output to provide insights, and uncover trends and business opportunities.
