Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, bank reconciliation, GST filing and Petty Cash.
  • Manage general ledger functions and operations.
  • Prepare journal entries for accrual, prepayments, and provisions, and maintain recurring journal for subsidiary.
  • Perform monthly and yearly accounts closing within the stipulated deadline.
  • Perform monthly inter-company reinvoicing.
  • Handle inter-company and account reconciliation.
  • Timely submission of monthly reporting for consolidation reporting.
  • Assist to ensure subsidiary’s books are kept accurately and according to Accounting Standards.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare audit schedules for subsidiary.
  • Liaise with banks for operation banking matters and participate in audit procedures.
  • Responsible for year-end stock take
  • Assist to review and recommend policies and work process for continuous improvement of finance operations.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Assist to extract data and provide analysis for management using relevant accounting information systems or software.
  • Other adhoc duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.


  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • With at least 2 years of experience in full set of accounts.
  • Has knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics Navision is preferred.
  • Prior working experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience in project cost accounting is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and keen in details.

Pre-sales Activities:

  • Responsible for the design and preparation of technical proposal, generating system and equipment specifications for the Security and Traffic solutions in compliance with bid projects.
  • Support Account Manager for presales engagement including customers’ requirements analysis, solutions proposal preparation and presentation, setting up POC, clarifications of solutions and preparation of costing.
  • Prepare technical presentation, taking lead in technical reviews and clarifications meetings with customers before and during bid phase
  • Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
  • To coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation of proposed system once contracts have been awarded.
  • Work with vendors, analyze and identify best suitable product and maintain database of it for future use and group sharing.
  • Keep abreast with updated technical knowledge of competitive solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales and technical experts to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
  • Develop other business opportunities and sales inquiries for company’s growth

Pre-sales Activities:

  • Handle various stages of solution sales from pre-sales to fulfilment.
  • Fulfilment activities including handover of proposed solution to project and operation teams and provide guidance on technical solution proposed.
  • Performs technical support duties, including product configuration and troubleshooting of customer issues during Project and Operations.

Design and Development (Ad-hoc basic, per request basis)

  • Handle various stages of solution sales from presales to fulfillment.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Degree in electronics / Communications Systems / IT / Computer Science Engineering
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Systems Engineering / Communications System
  • Ability to work in a team to develop, compile proposals within tender schedule constraints
  • Ability to be creative and develop alternative solutions as required
  • Good technical knowledge ; ability to read and summarize technical tender proposals
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable to present to senior management and clients
  • Good hands-on experience on Excel, Visio, Word and Powerpoint
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract is an advantage

Project Management:

  • Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
  • Lead the team to implement & uphold proper project management disciplines, structures, practices, and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization, and delivery of the project.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure proper scope management.
  • In charge of managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the technical team, subcontractors, and customers with regard to the implementation of the project.
  • Ensure that all projects and work activities adhere to systems design and conform to contract requirements, technology, and statutory standards.
  • Crisis Management. Able to re-assign resources from relevant work scope and deploy effectively when an issue arises.
  • Handle critical problems and conflict resolution within the internal and external parties aiming to minimize negative impact and foster harmonious relationships among team members, clients, business partners and subcontractors.
  • Responsible to train and guide the maintenance team after the completion of the project for maintenance.
  • Train and guide new staff on the project process, procedures, and systems.
  • Review manpower requirements and manage staff performance and development, ensuring all issues are well-matched to the capability of the individuals within the team.
  • Keep employees’ technical knowledge up to date and identify training plans for each team member.
  • Establish and nurture a pipeline of talent and successors.

Financial Management:

  • Responsible for overall project cashflow management and profit and loss of the Intelligent Transport Systems Team, including budgeting, monitoring and controlling cost to ensure the effective and efficient expenditure of allocated funds.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking project payment status and ensuring collection of project payments from clients is timely and delayed/delinquent accounts are closely followed up and resolved.
  • Implement effective supply chain and vendor management to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost and ensure that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations and meet quality and delivery requirements.

Safety Management & Information Security Management

  • Lead, promote, and ensure the team follows safety management and information security management system and work procedures.

Qualifications, Education and Technical Skills Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any relevant field.

Work Experience Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge on computer server maintenance, network troubleshooting, basic software troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on Firewall, Backup solution and Anti-virus solution
  • Knowledge on computer systems engineering
  • Familiar with systems integration on Solutions Integrations focusing on security, communication, and traffic systems
  • Regular traveling and on-site work are required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated
  • Dynamic, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Knowledge using Primavera 6 is an advantage

As a Database Administrator, you are the essential key to having a successful database environment. Displaying strong understanding of both technical and business needs, you are instrumental in the design, implementation, administration, and monitoring of data management systems while ensuring design, consistency, quality, and security.


  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Certificates with Oracle and DB2 Database Administrator
  • Certificates with Database warehouse design, setup, configuration, and management
  • Knowledge with IT & OT Security is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical services like maintaining and troubleshooting different electronics and/or IT systems.
  • Perform calibration on-field equipment e.g., detection cameras, sensors, and traffic processors.
  • Perform checks and measure the accuracy of the field equipment.
  • Provide a high level of service and response time to attend and carry out fault finding as well as diagnosis of systems breakdowns for both systems.
  • Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records
  • Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Committed to attending to any operational and maintenance issues.
  • To follow all company business operations and SOP at all times.
  • Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve
  • Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives, and targets. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts, or unsafe situations and report to the supervisor accordingly.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
  • Any other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields

Work Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Entry-level candidates are welcomed.
  • Relevant experience in equipment measurement and calibration of electrical, and electronic equipment preferred.
  • Possess valid Class 2, 3, or 4 licenses.
  • Able to work during the night occasionally to perform calibration.
  • Fast Learner and can work under pressure.
  • Resourceful, team player, and able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform user requirement gathering and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Hands on experience in software development using DotNet Framework, DotNet Core, Java, and Mobile platform (Android or IOS) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in databases like MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Experience in working with DLLs, SDKs and APIs is an advantage.
  • Familiar with WCF, ASP.Net, MVC and ADO.Net Entity Framework, Multi-Threading, TCP/IP and Serial/ Socket Programming, WPF.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in system interfacing (among different software systems/ devices) is preferred.
  • Experience and /or knowledge in Web based application development is a plus.
  • Experienced in various testing techniques and able to make test cases.
  • Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
  • Team player and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Has high initiative to learn emerging technologies relating to software development and IT solutions.
