Client Business Commitments

  • Manage all business commitments, including review and delivery of business contracts
  • Lead the team to fulfil contract obligations and Service Level Agreement set out by the client contracts, or by the Company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of Project Management Experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project or in a similar role
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding practical solutions.

As a Senior Database Administrator, you are the essential key to having a successful database environment. Displaying strong understanding of both technical and business needs, you are instrumental in the design, implementation, administration, and monitoring of data management systems, while ensuring design, consistency, quality, and security.

Your daily challenges include the following areas:

Project Delivery

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain the SQL Databases, IBM DB2, PostreSQL database for customers.
  • In charge of replication, migration/upgrade database across various platform and databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL) ensuring DB availability at all time.
  • Support and collaborate with product development activities.
  • Determine and document DB policies, procedures and standards.

Maintenance & Operation

  • Manage and maintain security standards and controls.
  • Provide continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, historical and real time performance monitoring of the Oracle in 24 X 7 environment Database administration.
  • Develop the procedure for performance monitoring, tuning and automate system health check, scheduled patching with minimum system downtime.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure database backups are appropriately executed and periodic restorations are exercised to ensure backup quality.
  • Performance testing and evaluation to ensure data security, privacy and integrity Identification of bottle necks and deadlock issues.

ISO Support

  • Support ISO and internal audit team’s activities for System Admin position.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you are the essential key to create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. Displaying strong understanding of both technical and business needs, you are instrumental in the design, implementation, administration, and monitoring of data management systems, while ensuring design, consistency, quality, and security.

Your daily challenges include the following areas:

Client business commitments:

  • Lead and prepare enterprise solutions including architecture, COTS, sizing and pricing for both on-premises and cloud environments

Role and Responsibilities:

Job Description & Requirements
  • Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.

The Senior/Quantity Surveyor holds a vital role in our construction projects, overseeing contract administration, cost management, and procurement processes. This position combines meticulous attention to detail, strong industry knowledge, and effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. The Senior/Quantity Surveyor’s primary location is in the office, with occasional site visits as project requirements dictate.

Contract Administration and Workflow Management:

  • Administer project contracts and oversee workflows including variations and Contractor’s claim processes.
  • Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices as per project contract requirements.

Contractual Advice and Payment Management:

  • Advise management on contractual matters, progress payments, variation, and cost claims with contractors and clients.
  • Review and assess variation order requests, proposals, and associated costs.
  • Provide guidance to the Project Manager/Director on cost impact due to project specification variations.
  • Prepare final accounts for settlement with contractors.

Cost Management and Analysis:

  • Evaluate completed works, comparing them with budget allocations.

Pre and Post Contracts:

  • Assist in preparing, negotiating, and administering pre and post-contracts.

The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans, as well as working closely with engineers to ensure that drawings are accurate and meet specifications. The Drafter’s primary location is in the office, with occasional site visits as project requirements dictate.

  • To prepare drawings and/or modelling for Project & Tender Team support.
  • To prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, Revit or other design modelling and coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards.
  • To coordinate with the site team and take responsibility for all production drawings for construction.
