Role and Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading technical and organization measures for clients’ ICT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting ICT infrastructure problems.

Job Description

The Legal & Compliance Executive takes on the dual role of a legal executive and a compliance executive.

As a Legal & Compliance Executive, he/she will report to and assist the Senior Manager in all legal-related tasks including but not limited to reviewing and drafting contracts, documents, and correspondence. As a compliance executive, he/she will assist and administer the organization-wide development and enhancement of business processes, including policies, flow charts and forms.

The incumbent will also conduct legal reviews of the business processes to ensure their compliance with the applicable laws, codes of practices, and best industry practices and propose enhancements to the current business processes and/or develop new business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Manager in all legal-related tasks including but not limited to reviewing and drafting contracts, documents, and correspondence.
  • Study and understand the operational and maintenance process.
  • Administer and support the development and documentation of the policy, process flow, and chart.

Operation (Project)

  • Set goals and drive the team to achieve its objective by leading the team effectively and efficiently.
  • Operation Planning and controlling. Plan and manage operation resources and ensure that all operational activities in Project, Software, and Maintenance are getting done based on the company’s objective, operational goals, and customer requirements.
  • Crisis Management. Able to re-assign resources from relevant work scope and deploy effectively when an issue arises.
  • Cost Control Measures for. Establish a clear objective on cost control measures when it comes to operations (eg. Labor Cost, Equipment, Subcontractor) in terms of purchases relating to projects, maintenance, research, and development work.

  • Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the different security, mechanical and electrical systems as company’s product.
  • Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
  • Follow Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable.
  • Attend to any operational and maintenance issues
  • Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards
  • Assist in project related activities that include deployment, installation and testing.
  • Assist in planning standby duties and implementing better strategies for improvement of maintenance operation
  • Be available for on call and stand by duty procedures and other responsibilities required.
  • Take on Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electronic or Electrical or related field

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant working experience
  • Possess Class 3 Manual Driving Licence
  • Must have knowledge of Security Systems and CCTV installation
  • Committed and willing to perform standby duties when called upon
  • Independent yet able to work as a team

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform user requirement gathering and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Perform requirements analysis and design based on project requirements
  • Perform database design and manipulation using MSSQL Server
  • Perform software programming and web development
  • Perform testing, prepare software release, and maintenance of the solutions
  • Develop the software concept, interface design, and architecture using relevant tools
  • Conduct hardware and software system integration and User Acceptance Testing
  • Prepare software versioning and proper documentation
  • Manage overall project plan and timelines of activities
  • Develop close working relationship with peers and clients to better understand their needs and requirements
  • Provide advice and recommendations to overcome complex problems using the latest technologies
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor, manager, and management team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Hands on experience in software development using DotNet Framework, DotNet Core, Java, and Mobile platform (Android or IOS) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in databases like MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Experience in working with DLLs, SDKs and APIs is an advantage.
  • Familiar with WCF, ASP.Net, MVC and ADO.Net Entity Framework, Multi-Threading, TCP/IP and Serial/ Socket Programming, WPF.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in system interfacing (among different software systems/ devices) is preferred.
  • Experience and /or knowledge in Web based application development is a plus.
  • Experienced in various testing techniques and able to make test cases.
  • Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
  • Team player and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Has high initiative to learn emerging technologies relating to software development and IT solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying, and supporting new sales opportunities, and managing potential cross-selling opportunities with all of the company’s products and services where possible.
  • Developing business plan and marketing and operational plan and executing local marketing campaigns and sales tools such as brochures, email advertising, etc.
  • Participating in Networking/ Seminars/ Workshops/ Exhibitions and customer visits
  • Preparing weekly and/or monthly reporting e.g. marketing activities, customer database or sales reporting.
  • Attending and contributing in weekly or monthly sales/marketing meetings or meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  • Gathering general market information, conducting the Market/Competitor analysis, obtain competitive intelligence, producing analysis of potential market share, customer dynamics and relevant upcoming opportunities.
  • Responsible for responding to any sales inquiries and provide sales quotation.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Electrical and Electronic Engineering or other related field
