About the Role

The Pre Sales Engineer Intern will support the teams in testing, validating, and preparing technical solutions for customers. This role provides hands-on exposure to both hardware and software systems, system integration, and real-world use cases. The intern will also assist with technical documentation, product materials, and ISO-related filing, while working closely with engineers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end product testing, including both hardware and software components.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Assist in setting up and configuring test environments, equipment, and devices.
• Perform system integration testing and simulate real-world use cases to identify issues or areas for improvement.
• Document test results, prepare test reports, and support troubleshooting and corrective actions with the engineering team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Assist in the preparation of sales and product brochures, technical documentation, and ISO-compliant filing.
• Compile and organize technical data, including hardware proposals, system specifications, and configurations.
• Support ad-hoc operational and pre-sales activities as required.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Able to commit to a minimum of six (6) months internship.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet-based applications.

About the Role

The Data Analyst Intern will support ATT Digiverse’s data and business intelligence initiatives by working closely with business users and the data platform team. This role provides hands-on exposure to data processing, analytics, and dashboard development using real-world business data.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and the data platform team on requirements gathering and process collaboration.

• Assist in the development of data processing pipelines for data modelling, analysis, and reporting from large and complex transactional datasets.
• Support the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards using internal BI tools.
• Aggregate and analyse business data to generate insights, identify trends, and uncover business opportunities.
• Monitor platform performance and assist in refining data processes to improve accuracy and reliability over time.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of enterprise IT development environments and tools.
• Experience or exposure to coding and/or dashboard development.
• People-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.

About the Role

The Support Engineer Intern will assist in maintaining and supporting Java-based applications and backend systems at ATT Digiverse. This role offers hands-on exposure to software support, troubleshooting, and deployment, while working closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Java-based applications and backend systems.
• Support testing, debugging, and documentation of software defects.
• Work with engineers to monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Participate in software deployments and version updates under supervision.
• Assist in writing simple Java scripts, queries, or code snippets for testing and automation purposes.
• Maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to provide user and application support when required.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented principles.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and software version control tools (e.g. Git).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced software environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Sales Team in preparing proposals for engineering systems and solutions.
• Assist in hardware setup, software configuration, and testing for demo and tender projects.
• Compile technical data, drawings, and documentation for submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams on system design, integration, and compliance.
• Conduct basic product research and comparisons to support solution development.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Engineering Assistant (Project Intern) will support project and software testing activities for ATT Infosoft. This role offers hands-on exposure to functional, system, and regression testing, with opportunities to work closely with the project and engineering teams. The intern will also assist in maintaining testing documentation and supporting compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in test activities, including test execution, capturing and analysing test results, and raising defects.
• Support functional testing, system testing, and regression testing activities.
• Assist in developing test procedures based on test designs and requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Help maintain testing documentation, reports, and test records.
• Assist with project-related work focused on software testing.
• Proactively report and help rectify unsafe acts, conditions, or abnormalities to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and support project testing work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English for work-related communication.
