One of the two tiers of the court system in Singapore, the client wished to enhance their services and make payment collection more efficient and effective. To do so, they required an automated payment collection system capable of supporting multiple payment modes like cash, coin, NETS, credit/debit cards, and cheque.
The system comprised of collection kiosks, frontend and backend applications, online enquiries and reports, system administration, system integration, and options for cheque validation and dispensation of change in notes. Additionally, through the admin module, authorized users can access kiosk information and modify settings such as alerts, user access management, payment limits, change dispensation limits, and kiosk operational timings.
