ATT InfoSoft is honoured to showcase our own Q’ Soft, an Enterprise Queue Management System (EQMS) at the newly opened Bukit Panjang Polyclinic.
Featuring seamless integration with the national healthcare IT systems, the EQMS serves as a one-stop solution within a bespoke system.
Patients can register for their medical appointment, receive a queue number, gain information on any patient-related services during their medical appointment, make payment for these services, and book for subsequent medical visits all via Q’Soft.
The EQMS is also integrated with Health Hub. Patients would also be able to book a queue number in advance from the comfort of their homes and plan their journey to the polyclinic in advance.
Overall, the EQMS assists patients from before till after their visit to Bukit Panjang Polyclinic.
