About the Role

The Pre Sales Engineer Intern will support the teams in testing, validating, and preparing technical solutions for customers. This role provides hands-on exposure to both hardware and software systems, system integration, and real-world use cases. The intern will also assist with technical documentation, product materials, and ISO-related filing, while working closely with engineers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end product testing, including both hardware and software components.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Assist in setting up and configuring test environments, equipment, and devices.
• Perform system integration testing and simulate real-world use cases to identify issues or areas for improvement.
• Document test results, prepare test reports, and support troubleshooting and corrective actions with the engineering team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Assist in the preparation of sales and product brochures, technical documentation, and ISO-compliant filing.
• Compile and organize technical data, including hardware proposals, system specifications, and configurations.
• Support ad-hoc operational and pre-sales activities as required.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Able to commit to a minimum of six (6) months internship.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet-based applications.

Role and Responsibilities

Data Analyst Role

• Work with business users and data platform team for requirement gathering and process collaboration.
• Assist in the development of data processing pipelines for data modelling, analysis, and reporting from large and complex transaction datasets.
• Support the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards with internal BI tools for data insights and business support.
• Assist to aggregate and analyze various business data and utilize the output to provide insights, uncover trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor performance and refine data platforms for improved accuracy over time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science.

Work Experience Requirements

• Good English communication skill in both written English and presentation skills
• Understands basic enterprise IT development environment and tools.
• Experience in coding or dashboard development
• People-oriented
• We are looking for an intern who can commit to at least 6 months.

Work Schedule

• 5 days’ work week (8:30am to 6:00pm)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Java-based applications and backend systems.
2. Support testing, debugging, and documentation of software defects.
3. Work with engineers to monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
4. Participate in software deployment and version updates under supervision.
5. Assist in writing simple scripts, queries, or code snippets in Java for testing and automation.
6. Maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and technical documentation.
7. Collaborate with team members to provide user and application support when required.
8. Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data security guidelines.
9. Participate actively in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programmes to support company KPIs and ISO 14001 objectives.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented principles.
• Familiar with SQL databases and software version control (e.g., Git).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced software environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Sales Team in preparing proposals for engineering systems and solutions.
• Assist in hardware setup, software configuration, and testing for demo and tender projects.
• Compile technical data, drawings, and documentation for submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams on system design, integration, and compliance.
• Conduct basic product research and comparisons to support solution development.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering.

Work Schedule

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist in test activities such as test execution, capturing and analysing test result raising defects.
2. Assist in functional testing, system testing and regression testing.
3. Assist project work on software testing
4. Help maintain testing documentation and reports
5. Assist in developing test procedures based on test designed accordingly to requirements.
6. Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools
7. To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
8. Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly
9. Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times

Job Requirements

1. • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
   • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation.
   • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
   • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
   • Willingness to learn and support project testing work as part of a team.
   • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
   • Participate actively in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and support company objectives (ISO 14001).
