About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Technical Officer to join our team, supporting the maintenance and operation of traffic and security communication systems. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth system performance through both corrective and preventive maintenance, while also assisting in project execution and on-site support.

What You’ll Do

Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Support project execution within scheduled timelines.

Follow the corrective and preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with established standards and procedures, ensuring that all relevant records are accurately maintained.

Document and maintain detailed records of all breakdowns, troubleshooting activities, and repairs for review and analysis.

Participate actively in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and comply with ISO standards.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience.

Valid Class 3 driving license.

Be available for scheduled night shifts, on-call duties, and standby roster.

Fast learner, able to work under pressure, resourceful, and a strong team player.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based servers, storage, and networking systems.
  • Ensure high availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems.
  • Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network-related problems efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide opportunities for skill development.
  • Work closely with departments to address IT requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA, cybersecurity frameworks, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and manage timely responses to incidents.
  • Oversee access management, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security systems.
  • Plan and execute IT projects aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and relationships with vendors effectively.
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on IT projects, operations, and performance improvements.
  • Establish protocols for monitoring infrastructure and network performance.
  • Implement robust data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Manage cloud resources and ensure seamless integration with on-prem systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external IT-related matters.
  • Present IT performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.

 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in IT Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, storage solutions, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with IT security tools and practices, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Candidates with these certifications will have a distinct advantage, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator, CCNA and CCNP. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues with strong decision-making and critical-thinking capabilities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, bank reconciliation, GST filing and Petty Cash.
  • Manage general ledger functions and operations.
  • Prepare journal entries for accrual, prepayments, and provisions, and maintain recurring journal for subsidiary.
  • Perform monthly and yearly accounts closing within the stipulated deadline.
  • Perform monthly inter-company re-nvoicing.
  • Handle inter-company and account reconciliation.
  • Timely submission of monthly reporting for consolidation reporting.
  • Assist to ensure subsidiary’s books are kept accurately and according to Accounting Standards.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare audit schedules for subsidiary.
  • Liaise with banks for operation banking matters and participate in audit procedures.
  • Responsible for year-end stock take.

Additionally for senior role,

  • Assist to guide and train junior executives on financial procedures and system.
  • Assist to review and recommend policies and work process for continuous improvement of finance operations.
    • Support strategic planning initiatives through participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Assist to extract data and provide analysis for management using relevant accounting information systems or software.

    Qualifications and Educational Requirements

    • Possesses minimally a Diploma in Accounting.
    • At least 3 years of experience in full set of accounts.
    • Has knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics Navision is preferred.
    • Prior working experience in construction industry is preferred.
    • Experience in project cost accounting is an added advantage.
    • Independent, matured thinker and a team player.
    • Meticulous and keen in details.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute business development opportunities across regional markets, including strategic partnerships and market entry planning.
  • Lead cross-border marketing operations and campaigns to build brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including investor relations and media strategy, to support growth.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional expansion.
  • Plan and lead employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent across international offices.

 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in the relevant field with minimally 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Possesses minimally a bachelor’s degree in the related field.
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, as communicating with Chinese stakeholders are required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to collaborate with different stakeholders from internal and external.
  • Demonstrate strong crisis management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, self-motivated, initiative taker and ability to work independently.
  • Have a growth mindset and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
