About the Role

This role will work closely with the management in executing company’s business development plans. Successful candidate will shape regional growth plans, identify the company’s potential development opportunities, and execute business development plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional business expansion through market analysis, opportunity mapping, and the establishment of strategic partnerships or channel collaborations to accelerate growth.
  • Develop and execute market-entry strategies, negotiate business alliances, and oversee partnership frameworks to strengthen revenue pipelines and regional market share.
  • Drive cohesive brand positioning across all areas from corporate reputation to employer branding and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth and cultural values.
  • Identify and engage potential channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to support regional expansion, while participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to grow brand presence.

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development. Candidates with experiences in working on regional Business Development experience will be ideal.  Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for Senior Position.
  • Experience in working Business Development at IT related companies/similar industries.
  • Candidates with prior experience in Business Development for overseas market within the ASEAN region will be a bonus for this role.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to lead teams effectively.
  • Willing to travel regionally as required.
  • Candidates who can commence employment immediately/short notice will be ideal, though it is not a pre-requisite.

About the Role

Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex system integration projects in Singapore. This onsite role is responsible for managing project execution from design and installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and financial control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role also supports pre-sales and tender activities by providing technical and project input.

This position is ideal for a hands-on project leader with strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or mobility-related projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
  • Manage complex system integration projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Provide strong leadership in manpower planning, resource deployment, performance management, and team development.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.

  • At least 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex systems-based projects, with a strong background in systems integration, ELV, ICT, or transport/infrastructure systems.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end project leadership, from design and integration through testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • Strong leadership experience in manpower planning, multi-disciplinary team management, and senior-level performance oversight.
  • Solid ownership of project commercial and financial performance, including budgets, cost control, cash flow, variations, and vendor management.
  • Extensive experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships, including consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-risk, mission-critical projects, manage escalations, and drive timely resolution of complex issues.

The Pre-Sales Engineer will play a key role in supporting the technical sales process by designing solutions, preparing proposal documents, and engaging customers to understand their requirements. This role focuses on software-driven and system integration solutions across the ATT Group of Companies. The Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with sales and project teams to develop system architecture, conduct demonstrations and POCs, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. The position also involves evaluating technologies, coordinating with vendors, and staying current with emerging software and integration trends to provide the best-fit solutions to clients.

  • Design and prepare technical proposals for the entire ATT Group of Companies products, focusing on software-driven and computer engineering aspects.
  • Develop system architecture, software specifications, and integration requirements.
  • Engage customers to gather requirements and propose suitable system solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) setups.
  • Lead technical reviews and clarification meetings during tender stages.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP with detailed design and technical documentation.
  • Work with project teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with software/hardware vendors for system integration.
  • Stay updated with latest software technologies and industry trends.
