Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based servers, storage, and networking systems.
  • Ensure high availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems.
  • Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network-related problems efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on IT projects, operations, and performance improvements.
  • Establish protocols for monitoring infrastructure and network performance.
  • Implement robust data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Manage cloud resources and ensure seamless integration with on-prem systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external IT-related matters.
  • Present IT performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.

 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in IT Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, storage solutions, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with IT security tools and practices, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Candidates with these certifications will have a distinct advantage, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator, CCNA and CCNP. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues with strong decision-making and critical-thinking capabilities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, bank reconciliation, GST filing and Petty Cash.
  • Manage general ledger functions and operations.
  • Prepare journal entries for accrual, prepayments, and provisions, and maintain recurring journal for subsidiary.
  • Perform monthly and yearly accounts closing within the stipulated deadline.
  • Perform monthly inter-company re-nvoicing.
  • Handle inter-company and account reconciliation.
  • Timely submission of monthly reporting for consolidation reporting.
  • Assist to ensure subsidiary’s books are kept accurately and according to Accounting Standards.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare audit schedules for subsidiary.
  • Liaise with banks for operation banking matters and participate in audit procedures.
  • Responsible for year-end stock take.

Additionally for senior role,

  • Assist to guide and train junior executives on financial procedures and system.
  • Assist to review and recommend policies and work process for continuous improvement of finance operations.
    • Support strategic planning initiatives through participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Assist to extract data and provide analysis for management using relevant accounting information systems or software.

    Qualifications and Educational Requirements

    • Possesses minimally a Diploma in Accounting.
    • At least 3 years of experience in full set of accounts.
    • Has knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics Navision is preferred.
    • Prior working experience in construction industry is preferred.
    • Experience in project cost accounting is an added advantage.
    • Independent, matured thinker and a team player.
    • Meticulous and keen in details.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute business development opportunities across regional markets, including strategic partnerships and market entry planning.
  • Lead cross-border marketing operations and campaigns to build brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including investor relations and media strategy, to support growth.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional expansion.
  • Plan and lead employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent across international offices.

 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in the relevant field with minimally 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Possesses minimally a bachelor’s degree in the related field.
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, as communicating with Chinese stakeholders are required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to collaborate with different stakeholders from internal and external.
  • Demonstrate strong crisis management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, self-motivated, initiative taker and ability to work independently.

Role and Responsibilities 

Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Administer, configure, and optimize Unix/Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, AIX, Solaris).
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for system provisioning and configuration (Bash, Python, Ansible).
  • Monitor system health and performance, respond to incidents, and lead root cause analysis.
  • Basic database administration and performance tuning
  • Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
  • Ensure system security through best practices, patch management, and access controls.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Document system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Engineering from School of Computing or equivalent,
  • 5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, AIX, etc.).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancers, firewalls, routing).
  • Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements
  • Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
  • Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
  • Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
  • Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
  • Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering.
  • Candidates should be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develops and conducts test plans, test scenario and protocols for design verification, process characterization, process validation, finished product and benchmarking study to generate test reports.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated and manual test procedures for functional, non-functional, regression testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that the software is meeting quality standards.
  • Conduct Performance testing with automated test script and test tools.
  • Perform performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, stability, and scalability under varying workloads.
  • Analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
  • Reporting defects or bugs found during the testing process to the development team and tracking them until they are resolved.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders as well as software developers to make quality assurance of the software product.
  • Providing feedback to project managers and stakeholders on the software’s quality and testing progress.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Pre and post deployment testing for both before and after deployment to ensure compatibility and functionality.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Min. two (2) year experience as a software tester in the software development but not limited to hardware testing.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in Automated Software Testing
  • Experienced in tracking test issues in Jira/Practice test or any other equivalent test tool is a MUST.
  • Experienced with programming languages for automation such as Java, C#, dotnet or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing), tools, and techniques; experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber is preferable.
  • Experienced in scrum project or equivalent as the agile software development framework.

  • Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning
  • Implement & ensure proper project management disciplines, structure and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and delivery of the project
  • Manage client expectations and ensure proper scope management
  • In-charge of managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects
  • Communicating product development and technical activities to sales team and customers
  • Liaise and coordinate with the technical team, subcontractors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related fields
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience in Project Management handling security, electronic and CCTV systems
  • Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system product is an advantage
  • Regular travelling and on-site works is required
  • Possess strong documentation control and compilation
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills
  • Independent yet able to work as a team

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the different security, mechanical and electrical systems as company’s product.
  • Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
  • Follow Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable.
  • Attend to any operational and maintenance issues
  • maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards
  • Assist in project related activities that include deployment, installation and testing.
  • Assist in planning standby duties and implementing better strategies for improvement of maintenance operation
  • Be available for on call and stand by duty procedures and other responsibilities required.
  • To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
  • Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
  • Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.
  • Other Operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Diploma / NITEC in Electronic or Electrical or related field Minimum 2 year(s) relevant working experience
  • Possess Class 3 Manual Driving Licence
  • Must have knowledge in Security Systems and CCTV installation
  • Committed and willing to perform standby duties when called upon.
