To improve seamless customer service, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital needs to provide not only best doctors but also the best technology to automate a simple task. One of these is the electronic queue management system. A unique ticket number is issued to individual patient to do any transactions at different counters and clinics within a day. This queue system is not limited to arranging, re-scheduling or cancelling appointments but also includes generation of billings online. A total of 8,000 transactions daily can be able to handle by this intelligent system.

This approach will gain customer satisfaction as seamlessly smoothen the wait and quicken the waiting time process.
