Project Overview

Opened on 29 December 2013, the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) is the new strategic expressway that links both the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP) in the east with the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) in the west. MCE gives drivers and motorists direct connections to downtown Marina Bay and Marina South area. KPE and MCE share a combined distance of 17 kilometres.

ATT Systems with ATT TraffiComms was awarded a 36-month maintenance contract by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) to maintain the communication systems of both KPE and MCE at $1.98 million. The scope of services under the contract includes Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance.
