Data Verifying Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cross reference with the operation procedures to verify the assigned data independently
  • Validate assigned data and submit any violated entry through the systems
  • Ensure accuracy in the verification of data with minimal or no mistakes
  • Report any faulty equipment to Supervisor
  • Assist in ensuring proper documentations and filing in accordance to Company / Clients requirements
  • Provide administrative support and duties as assigned by Operation Executive
  • Other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ Level or other qualifications
  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fast learner and can work under pressure
  • Must be organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has initiative and independent yet able to work as a team
